What is a feasbility estimate?

A feasibility estimate is used in the early stages of design and the pricing stage to determine whether the project aligns with the budget and to help you identify which projects are viable before committing time and resources.

It provides a high-level cost estimate based on MJL Estimating’s database of current market rates, derived from recent projects, giving you a realistic understanding of where your project is likely to sit.

This allows you to make informed decisions early, avoid unnecessary costs, and move forward with confidence.
