MJL Estimating was founded by Michael Lewis, combining over 10 years of construction industry experience with postgraduate studies in Project Management and Quantity Surveying at Bond University.

Michael developed his understanding of residential construction through hands-on experience working within his family’s building company in Brisbane. He gained practical insight into how projects are built, costed and delivered, supported by experience in estimating, cost and risk management and project management. 

Based in Brisbane, MJL Estimating works closely with builders across South East Queensland, while also supporting designers and homeowners.  The focus is on providing clear, reliable cost advice that reflects real construction conditions, helping clients make informed decisions from feasibility through to construction.
